STEAM BOILER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: generation of steam; supply of heat to consumers. SUBSTANCE: boiler may contain one or several tubes bent in form of spiral; turns of said tube may have form of circle, square, triangle, rectangle, polygon, oval and rhomb they are interconnected forming tube which may be bent several times in form of spiral, pyramidal spiral or loop. Combustion chamber consists of sections; burners are located at different points of each section at angler of inclination ensuring creation of their jets through entire length of each section in form of rotating spiral. Boiler is provided with heat exchanger and electrolyzer which has electrodes connected via converter with AC source; they may be split into hydrogen and oxygen by distilled water. One inlet tube of electrolyzer is connected with heat exchanger and is provided with check valve; said tube provides for motion of distilled water from heat exchanger to electrolyzer by gravity depending on consumption; other inlet tube is connected with liquid alkali reservoir through proportioner which is provided with solenoid and time relay; it ensures motion of liquid alkali by portions at definite time intervals; outlet tube is connected with burners by means of additional electric pump.
