Abstract RU 2199191 C2

FIELD: television engineering; television cameras for shooting monitored objects by shaping single video signal. SUBSTANCE: proposed camera provides for automatic choice of time period for photodetector storage on charge-coupled device matrix when camera operates in single video signal shaping mode (MONOSHOT mode) with reduced illumination of object. To this end camera is provided in addition with peak detector, analog-to-digital converter, storage time shaper, one-shot multivibrator, first and second RS flip- flops, OR gate, and inverter which makes it possible to measure level of video signal from object of interest in TV mode under available illumination conditions and to use results obtained for determining optimal time of photodetector storage in MONOSHOT mode. EFFECT: facilitated measurement of video signal level of monitored object. 11 dwg
