SUBSTANCE: television camera includes a peak detector, an analogue-to-digital converter, an interval former, a univibrator, RS flip-flops which, during the given interval, enable measurement of the current video signal value, conversion into digital form and recording said value at a defined moment in time in the counter of the interval former. Further, the video camera switches to a mode where the accumulation interval is set optimum based on the criterion of maximum signal-to-noise ratio.
EFFECT: providing visual monitoring of the situation in a zone of disturbance after detection of moving low-contrast objects due a low signal-to-noise ratio in a video signal at the monitor input.
