FIELD: microbiological industry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents used for plants protection. Invention presents novel highly active preparation against Colorado potato beetles and other coleopterous insect pests. Preparation is developed on the base of recombinant strain Bacillus thuringiensis IPM-37 that synthesizes β-exotoxin - insecticide protein of cry 3A-type. Preparation presents liquid form of the following composition, wt. %: biomass concentrate of strain IPM-37, 84-97; stabilizing agent (glycerol), 0.10; wetting agent (Triton X-100, OP-7 or similar one), 1-2; sticking agent (polyvinyl acetate), 1-2; thickening agent: water-swelling polymer (sacap-acmide, polyvinyl alcohol), 0.5-2.0; preserving agent (phenol), 0.3-0.5. Said composite of preparation provides its biological and physiological stability. Guarantee storage time is 1 year, not less, at temperatures below +25 C. Particles of active components are not aggregated in the process of storage that in combination with good adhesion and high biological activity allows to use the preparation against Colorado potato beetles with high effectiveness in doses 1-2 l/ha.
