SUBSTANCE: according to first version, device includes additionally unit for control of flow of crude fuel gas. According to second version, device includes gas flow inversion unit. According to third version, unit includes catalytic section and catalyst mixing unit. According to fourth version, device includes oxygen-containing oxidizing gas supply unit feeding gas to catalytic section and heat averaging unit. According to fifth version, device includes unit supplying oxidizing gas to catalytic section, unit for heating section which is not located in area on side of receiving oxidizing gas by means of hot gas discharged by preset member which is component of system including fuel reforming unit. According to sixth version, device includes unit supplying oxidizing gas to catalytic section and final cooling unit which sprays liquid.
