FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: cement clinker, which can find use in manufacture of cast-in-place concrete, nonshrinkable concrete, and high-durability concrete in civil engineering and other construction areas as well as for building materials manufactured by extrusion molding and sheet fabrication, contains Al₂O₃ and Fe₂O₃ at ratio from 0.05 to 0.62 and C₃S in amounts 33-55%. In cement, content of C₂S can be 35 to 65 wt %. Cement can be combined with fly ash (particle size no greater than 20 mcm) taken in amounts from 2 to 25%. Cement can further be mixed with broken granulated blast-furnace slag with Blane specific surface 5000-10000 sq.cm/g taken in amounts from 10 to 60%. Cement containing said fly ash and said slag can be used in high-strength and high-mobility concrete also containing dispersant. Water/cement ratio in concrete may be 30/70 or less.
