FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cement composition having high fluidity (for example, 0-drop mobility of 200 mm or more) before curing and having high compression strength (for example, 320 N/mm2 or more) after hardening. Cement composition contains cement, fine silica powder having BET specific surface area of 10 m2/g up to 25 m2/g, inorganic powder with 50 % integral particle size of 0.8 mcm to 5 mcm, fine aggregate with maximum particle size of 1.2 mm or less, plasticiser, antifoaming agent and water. Cement fraction ranges from 55 vol. % to 65 vol. %, the portion of fine silica powder ranges from 5 vol. % to 25 vol. %, and the proportion of inorganic powder is from 15 vol. % to 35 vol. % of total amount of 100 vol. % of cement, fine silica powder and inorganic powder.
