FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at explosion-hazard objects in process of operation and emergency situations for filling-in and for blowing out spaces neutral (inert) gas. Device for production of neutral gas by means of gas turbine has compressor 1 and turbine 2 mounted on shaft 3, free turbine 20 connected with electric generator 22, combustion chamber 4 with mixing members communicating at one side with compressor and fuel feed line 7, and at other side, with turbine and additional combustion chamber 10 communicating with fuel feed line 11 and with neutral gas consumer through gas cooling heat exchange device 12 either directly or through neutral gas drying device 23, system maintaining stoichiometric air- fuel ratio, and control units. Neutral gas production device is furnished additional with gas-liquid mixer 28 connected to system delivering water from external source 29 and to main line 9 delivering combustion products to additional combustion chamber and to after-compressor space through main line 32 with throttling device 33. Shutoff device 30 is installed in line delivering steam-gas to consumer. EFFECT: enlarged technological capabilities of neutral gas production device. 3 cl, 1 dwg
