FIELD: power engineering, locomotive and ship building, aviation, tractor and machine building and automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary internal combustion engines. Proposed transmission contains rotary vane machine units set into operation by exhaust gases. Said units contain section, each made in form of cylindrical housing (stator) eccentrically fitted on rotor working shaft. Rotor vanes are installed in radial slots of housing for displacement. Connecting pipe serves to supply exhaust gases to sections by means of inlet/outlet manifolds with control valves, inlet/outlet gas lines and bypass gas lines. The latter connect inlet/outlet gas lines to each other. Three-way stop valve and t-piece with vanes to re-distribute working force of exhaust gases to working shafts of machine unit rotors by turning of vanes are installed in connecting pipe. Inlet/outlet manifolds are coupled by reversing gas pipelines furnished with control valves. Outlet manifold is provided with muffler.
