FIELD: space vehicles. SUBSTANCE: antenna-forming member is disposed in plane crossing center of Earth, such as orbital plane of space vehicle. One or more antennas are disposed on both ends of member 11. Height of antenna- forming member 11 is greater than its size in direction of space vehicle flight so that mentioned space vehicle is naturally stabilized using gravity gradient. Solar battery cells 13 are mounted on antenna-forming member 11 on side facing the Sun at 6 and at 18 according to local time on solar- synchronous orbit. Antenna-forming member 11 has plurality of hinged panels 14 disposing phase-control facilities for electromagnetic waves being transmitted or received; these facilities are built of plurality of navigation-system signal-receiving sensors GPS mounted on mentioned panels 14 and used to take measurements followed by compensating for deformations of mentioned member by means of mentioned phase shifters. During starting period panels are folded up to form elongated cylindrical envelope arranged on longitudinal axis of launch vehicle and equipped with explosive disconnector that functions to set up panels in position. This envelope forms on orbit apparatus module integrating all equipment units other than panels. EFFECT: improved functional characteristics. 41 cl, 14 dwg
