SUBSTANCE: invention refers to global space system designed for radio navigation and determination of position that includes ground-based segment incorporating global network of radio beacons on ground surface emitting radio signals of wide spectrum towards users' satellites, control center meant for formation of plan of functioning for certain user' satellites and for its transmission while these satellites fly over master radio beacons, processing center intended for reception of distant measurements sorted out by control center, for division of distant measurements into distant measurements required for processing procedures carried out in processing center and into distant measurements required by users of services granted by specified system, space-based segment incorporating master satellites jointly participating in operation of system and users' satellites, users' segment incorporating users' radio beacons and stationary or mobile users' receivers.
