FIELD: technology of producing dry reducible mixtures for functional feeding. SUBSTANCE: after mixing of dry fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, mineral and enzyme additives, mixture is impregnated by miscella in alternating magnetic field under increased pressure. Miscella is prepared during extraction of biomass of Mortierella nantahalensis micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, and pressure is relieved up to atmospheric one. EFFECT: increased stability of final product during storage life.
