FIELD: food industry; applicable in production of dry reducible nutritious mixtures for functional alimentation. SUBSTANCE: method involves drying and mixing of fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, and also mineral and enzyme additives. Prepared mixture is impregnated by miscella in alternating magnetic field under increased pressure. Miscella is prepared in the process of extraction of biomass of Mortierella nigrescens micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition. Then pressure is relieved to atmospheric one. EFFECT: increased stability of end product during storage life.
