FIELD: technology of production of dry reducible nutritious mixtures for functional alimentation. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of dry fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, and also mineral and enzyme additives. Prepared mixture is impregnated by miscella in alternating magnetic field under increased pressure. Miscella is prepared in the process of extraction of biomass of Mortierella sarnyensis micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition. After completion of impregnation, pressure is relieved to atmospheric one. EFFECT: increased stability of end product during storage life.
