FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating reflexogenic zones located in the eye retina area. Electromagnetic radiation is applied in wavelength bandwidth from infrared to ultraviolet radiation inclusively. The reflexogenic zones in the eye retina area and electromagnetic radiation parameters are selected by treating the reflexogenic zones in the eye retina area with electromagnetic radiation and making analysis of pathologic system response specifics in the course and/or after treating them with electromagnetic radiation. The reflexogenic zones in the eye retina area and electromagnetic radiation parameters are also selected in the course and/or after forming and/or inhibiting motivation dominant. Device has sucking disk to be set on eyeball and directed electromagnetic radiation source engageable with the sucking disk. The sucking disk has a local area transparent for electromagnetic radiation. The area is positioned so that projection of the directed electromagnetic radiation flow falls over given local zone on the eye fundus when performing selective therapeutic action. Electromagnetic radiation source like photodiode is mounted on the sucking disk at the place its transparent area is located. The sucking disk is connected to one end of light guide at the place the transparent area is located. The second end thereof is connected to electromagnetic radiation source. The electromagnetic radiation source has hemispheric photoequipotential light-emitting surface with hemispheric radiating surface center positionable in nodal point of the reduced subject eye. The transparent local area of the sucking disk is designed as light guide and/or light filter and/or luminescent solid and/or lens. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 8 cl, 3 dwg, 9 tbl
