FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: in pre-reactive and early reactive periods of cold trauma one should introduce isothiobamine per os twice daily - in the morning and in the evening for 10 d, after 1-wk-long interval it is necessary to repeat the intake of isothiobamine for 10 d more.
