FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: investigation of blood flow in affected limb is carried out by means of laser Doppler ultrasonography. Hemodynamics indices are registered. Index K is calculated by formula K=(MI*Ac)/(NT*MT), where MI - microcirculation index, Ac -maximal amplitude of pulse fluctuations, NT - index if neurogenic tonus, MT - index of miogenic tonus. If K<0.03 unfavourable course of wound process is predicted.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of prediction of wound process course in case of deep frostbite of lower limbs.
