FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: in prereactive and early reactive periods of cold trauma one should inject parietin at the dosage of 0.5 g twice daily: in the morning and in the evening and for 10 d per os, then after a week-long interval an intake should be repeated at the same dosage, multiplicity and course duration. The present method leads to shortened terms and improved results of therapy in patients with severe forms of frostbite. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 4 tbl
