FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with manufacturing curative-nutritive products out of animal blood. The method includes blood sampling in Siberian stags and sika deer during cutting velvet anthlers; plasma, blood elements and crude blood protein keeping; mixing it with sweet filler, alcohol, fruit essence, ascorbic acid followed by pasteurization of the mixture. Moreover, additionally, one should carry out triple blood sampling during the period from May to November in stag beetles not participating in heat and single blood sampling in females after heat. Moreover, plasma, blood elements and crude blood protein should be kept due to the method of blood stabilization. As for pasteurization, it is carried out with high-frequency currents, and as sweet filler one should use glucose solution prepared at the following ratio: 1 weight portion to 2 portions of dry glucose.
