FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously administering blood coagulation factor VIII concentrate to reach its activity level of at least 50% before taking biopsy samples. Hepatic puncture canal is filled with blood coagulation factor VIII concentrate of 250- 500 ED diluted with 3-5 ml of 5% ε-aminocaproic acid. Patient blood coagulation factor VIII activity is supported in postoperative period at the level of not less than 50% during the first three days and of not less than 10% during the next 7 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated thrombus formation in puncture canal.
