FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method may be used in hematologic and oncologic centers for treatment of patients by means of transplantation of preserved bone marrow. Method includes step-by-step freezing in presence of cryoprotective solution, at which suspension of cells is filled by 10-30% in soft container of one-time use. Container is placed in metal case which provides for thickness of suspension layer equal to 6-8 mm. Case with suspension of cells is placed at first step in liquid cooling agent at temperature of 26-30 C and kept in it for 15-25 min. At the second step case with suspension is arranged in storage-refrigerator at temperature of minus 40-50 C. The method ensures reliable safety of full morphological and functional value of depreserved myelocaryocytes and committed cells-predecessors after 120 days of bone marrow storage. EFFECT: higher efficiency of preservation. 2 ex
