FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making cyst cavity puncture and sucking off the contents under ultrasonic control. 96% ethanol is administered into the cyst cavity. Cyst cavity growth rate monitoring is carried out during 6-12 months. The volume growing by 20% or more when compared to the initial size, ethanol is administered into the cyst cavity in the amount of 80% of the removed cyst contents. Ethanol is kept inside 20-30 min long. The removed ethanol volume is not to be greater than 50% of the introduced one. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented cyst recurrence.
