FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an intramuscular administration of α-ИФН (3 times per a week each other day) at the moderate increase of the dose to maximally tolerantable one; in days between intramuscular injection of the preparation α-ИФН is administrated by an intraportal route as a bolus followed by increase of the dose to maximally tolerantable one. Then treatment is continued by the schedule for 2 months and courses are repeated if necessary at one month break.
