FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cranes-manipulators installed on trucks. Proposed crane can be used in reconstruction and erection of buildings, not exceeding five storeys in height, in confined areas in city and for other jobs, including those when boom is to be lowered below level of support of chassis of truck on which crane is mounted. Wheeled or wheel-crawler truck-crane contains truck chassis, fixed platform body outriggers with hydraulic drive, slewing column installed on platform body and articulated telescopic boom coupled with slewing column by means of axle and consisting of fixed-length base hinge-coupled with telescopic cantilever part. Novelty is that telescopic cantilever part of boom is formed by housing and two telescopic sections. Axle of rotation of slewing column is arranged at distance of 67-80% of length of platform body platform body from its front edge, and angle of tilting of column axis to surface of platform body is 56-64°. Ratio of length of boom base to height of column over surface of platform body is from 3.1 to 4.5, and summary of telescopic cantilever part with telescopic sections extended does not exceed length of base by more than 65% maximum. Invention provide optimum combination of functional capabilities of lifting crane and crane-manipulator. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of crane plant. 7 cl, 7 dwg
