SUBSTANCE: simultaneously one should detect the activity of succinate dehydrogenase and alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase in peripheral blood lymphocytes in pregnant women about 1-3 d before delivery and at its values of succinate dehydrogenase being 4.12-8.75 granules/lymph. and alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase of 3.00-5.15 granules/lymph to predict severe body state in neonatals with pronounced metabolic disorders during the first 3 d of life, and at the values of succinate dehydrogenase activity being 13.50-18.25 granules/lymph. and alpha-glycerophosphate hydrogenase of 5.70-9.45 granules/lymph. it is possible to predict satisfactory state at metabolic alterations of functional character.

EFFECT: higher accuracy.
