FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: patient should be put with a roller under shoulder blade at operative side at turning superior shoulder girdle for the angle of 45-60 deg. and with a roller under neck to obtain maximum possible unbending in jugular department of vertebral column. Cutaneous incision is made above nodding muscle. After that, muscles and vascular-nervous bundle should be replaced to the front and medially.
