FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out cranium trepanation on the injured side. Cortical branch is selected from the median cerebral artery system. Parietal arterial branch of the external carotid is selected. The vein of the same name is also selected. Full-layer radial flap gap is formed and transferred to the head, where proximal arterial and venous end-to- end anastomoses of the flap to donor blood vessels are built on the opposite side. Then the flap is conducted under the helmet and distal end-to-side anastomosis of radial artery to the cortical branch is built on the injured side. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
