Parietal arterial branch of the external carotid is selected. The vein of the same name is also selected. Full-layer radial flap gap is formed and transferred to the head, where proximal arterial and venous end-to- end anastomoses of the flap to donor blood vessels are built on the opposite side. Then the flap is conducted under the helmet and distal end-to-side anastomosis of radial artery to the cortical branch is built on the injured side. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
