FIELD: medicine, cardiovascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: it is suggested to use venous channel in the basin of occluded coronary arteries. Arteriovenous shunt of 5 mm diameter, not less is applied at maximally proximal arterial level and distal one, correspondingly. The level of fistula application is chosen being proximally against occluded areas of coronary arteries. One should perform the dressing of distal venous section that will not destroy the general venous outflow of cardiac blood. The present method could be applied at distal lesions of coronary arteries.
