SUBSTANCE: one should dissect area of maximal hypertrophy. Dissection should be fulfilled in accordance with the level of maximal protrusion of interventricular septum (IVS) into left-ventricular cavity from right-ventricular cavity. One should dissect atypical trabeculae between IVS and anterior wall of right ventricle, carry out peresophageal intraoperational echocardiography, evaluate cavitary sizes of right and left ventricles, IVS thickness and diastolic ventricular function. Then one should cover incision of right-ventricular wall in conical part with uninterrupted atraumatic suture. The innovation enables to increase cavitary size of left ventricle.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
