FIELD: bridge-crossing equipment; erection of low-level bridges. SUBSTANCE: method includes securing end of keeper to pile under water and securing upper part of underwater keeper to packing or underwater part of another pile by means of nails. Novelty of invention consists in installation of underwater keeper on driven pile and connection by means of wire twist which is then lowered till pile rests against ground after which twist is turned till matching with another pile and packing of support; lower end of twist is pressed to pile. EFFECT: reduction of time required for installation of underwater keeper; enhanced precision of installation. 2 cl, 6 dwg
