FIELD: mining industry, safe development of formation while developing potassium deposits. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in increased efficiency of safe development of formation by way of action on gas-oil ratio owing to seal failure of formation rock with simultaneous decrease of formation pressure. With this in mind stable mine working is driven and machine score is formed in its walls. Such approach makes it feasible to enlarge bay of given working during period of joining of scores. By that overlying mass is unloaded from formation pressure and zone of underworking in formation is widened. Overlying rock mass is weakened and its gas permeability grows as result, gas re-distribution process takes place and filtration of gases is accelerated. Longer period of joining of scores leads to more effective degassing of formation. On completion of period of joining of machine scores stability of mine working is restored.
