FIELD: safety devices designed for keeping predetermined pressure, possibly in vessels operating under pressure. SUBSTANCE: safety valve includes body with seat and spring- loaded relative to body disc type shutoff member with metal-on-metal type sealing combined with rubber-on-metal type sealing. Width of rubber sealing relative to its deformed height satisfies to relation (10-12) : 1. Compression value of rubber sealing at tuning consists 20 - 40 % of deformed height. EFFECT: enhanced fluid-tightness of valve, lowered pressure drop between opening and closing of valve. 4 dwg
