FIELD: shut-off and safety fittings; chemical and oil industries; handling high-pressure vessels containing dangerous products. SUBSTANCE: multi-functional valve made in form of unit includes shut-off and safety device mounted beyond vessel and shut-off velocity device mounted inside vessel. Ball fitted in shut-off and safety device between handwheel and rod is supported on one side by hardened pusher and by hardened roller on other side. Roller is supported by fuse link connected with plug made from highly heat conductive material. Clearance between shut-off valves of shut-off and safety device and shut-off velocity device is provided for control by one handwheel. Proposed valve ensures shutting-off of flow of medium at abnormal situation arising in charging the vessels. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
