FIELD: medicine, cardiology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method of separation of blood lipoproteid fractions in patients with heart ischemic disease involves electrophoresis in agarose gel, treatment of patient serum sample blood with dye sudan B solution in darkness for 1 h, addition of agarose solution, addition of agarose heated up to 55 C into gel well, the following electrophoregram fixing, their drying and densitometry. In treatment of serum sample with dye sudan B solution sample is placed in dark thermostat and heated mixture is added into well with volume 4 x 20 x 10 mm. Method allows to detect fraction LA(a) and can be used for diagnosis in cardiology. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and precision of method. 8 dwg
