FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method concerns medicine, and can be used in cardiology. The way of lipoproteins (LP) separation into fractions at patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) by means of an electrophoresis in agarose gel includes treatment of blood serum of the patient during 1h in darkness at 40°C with a Sudan B solution, addition of an agarose solution, entering of the admixture warmed-up to 55°C in the small cavity of the agarose gel in volume of 4×20×10 mm, subsequent bracing of electrophoregrams, their drying and densitometry. Thus before processing by Sudan to 0.3 ml of assay of blood serum of the patient in addition 0.1 ml of 0.1% triton X-100 solution is added and incubated 15 minutes at 20°C.

EFFECT: rising of sensitivity and accuracy of a way at the expense of revealing of minor fractions of blood lipoproteins.
