FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: one should determine LP(a) level due to incubating patient's blood serum with sudan B solution for 1 h in dark thermostat at 40 C and applying the sample into the hole in agarose gel at foundation area of 4x20 mm for electrophoresis and subsequent densitometry. At LP(a) level decrease after their densitometry by 50% and higher against the initial level it is possible to evaluate the treatment of ischemic cardiac disease as efficient. The method is very simple in application of interpretation of the data obtained. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation. 13 dwg, 2 ex
