SUBSTANCE: one should determine LP(a) level due to incubating patient's blood serum with sudan B solution for 1 h in dark thermostat at 40 C and applying the sample into the hole in agarose gel at foundation area of 4x20 mm for electrophoresis and subsequent densitometry. At LP(a) level decrease after their densitometry by 50% and higher against the initial level it is possible to evaluate the treatment of ischemic cardiac disease as efficient.
