Rotor 8 is mounted on horizontal shaft 7 so that its angular position may be regulated and is provided with immovable wing supporting members 11 and immovable pushers 13 and slots E. Expelling guide 14 under wing supporting members 11 and is positioned so that it may moved relative to end surface of rotor 8. Gap D between front edge of wing supporting member 11 and expelling guide 14 exceeds gap C between rear edge of wing supporting member 11 and expelling guide 14. Disk 16 is mounted on guide 14.
