FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: filter holder has vessel for receiving ground coffee, filter support equipped with at least one coffee flowing opening, and filtering partition wall for retaining ground coffee. Filtering partition wall is separated from filter support by flexible member provided with inclined wall extending along perimeter of said member and elastically deformable under the action of pressure between position, in which said partition wall cuts off coffee flow through said opening in filter support, and position, in which said partition wall is moved from cutting-off position. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing pressure sufficient for extracting aroma from ground coffee and for obtaining of high-quality foam. 14 cl, 5 dwg
