FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: expresso-type coffee machine has filter and filter holder having cylindrical inner surface and adapted for accommodation of ground coffee portion. Hot water supplying piston and inner cylindrical surface are positioned for sliding with respect to one another. Sealing layer is positioned on piston side surface for sealing side surface and inner cylindrical surface of filter holder. Sealing layer is formed of two concentric annular members. Inner member of sealing layer is made of flexible material and other member directly contacting inner cylindrical surface of filter holder is made of material with low friction coefficient.
