SUBSTANCE: system for preparation of drinks and other products comprises facility for preparation of coffee, at the same time it also comprises device with capsule as the main element, and capsule, which contains drink ingredients. Device for making of drink is equipped with facility for injection of liquid under pressure into capsule; facility for drain of drink from capsule and element of jacket, which is moved from open position into specified closed position, in which element of jacket covers external surface of capsule. Sealing element is attached to capsule and is pressed in contact with element of jacket in closed position, at the same time sealing element works to compensate gap between element of jacket and capsule. Gap will stay there without sealing element of capsule, when element of jacket is in its specified closed position.

EFFECT: invention improves sealing contact between element of jacket and external surface of capsule.
