FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting uterine cervix. Temporary laparoscopic tourniquet is placed on the boundary separating the body and neck of the uterus. Axial uterine cylinder morcellation is carried out. The tourniquet is tightened. Morcellation of a part of the uterus hindering adequate visualization and precise treatment of uterine blood vessels. Neck of the uterus is amputated. The stump is peritonealized. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in removing large uterus in peritoneoscopic way. 2 dwg
