FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing furrier needle with a thread into the abdominal cavity via microincisions on the anterior abdominal wall from outside inside. The thread and implant is brought through the bulk of the abdominal wall under laparoscopic control. The thread and implant are left there and the needle is withdrawn. The needle is repeatedly intraabdominally introduced via the same skin incision to some extent apart from the first pierce place. Loop of the earlier introduced thread is caught with needle hook and brought outside. Usual knots are made with fingers, the knots immerse to aponeurosis level through subcutaneous fat tissue when tightening them. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced complexity and labor volume in producing sutures; accelerated operation process; lower consumption of expendable materials. 2 cl, 2 dwg
