FIELD: laparosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes turning of organ walls inside out and pressing them by flexible ring. Ring is dropped into sleeve groove by moving pusher tube of apparatus. Sleeve of flexible material is placed into intestine distal length and intestine is tightened by purse-string suture. Main part of apparatus is placed to proximal length, and both anastomosed lengths of intestine are invaginated into inside of main tube. Then, flexible ring is dropped into sleeve groove. Purse-string sutures and excessive intestine tissues are cut off by rotary-forward motion of circulatory knife. Apparatus has coaxially located tubes. Tube for distal length of intestine is made in form of sleeve with groove overt outer diameter. Main tube for proximal length of intestine has inner diameter exceeding outer diameter of sleeve and is additionally provided with pusher-tube and flexible ring. Ring is installed outside of main tube for sliding. Apparatus has circulatory cylindrical hollow knife with guide part and sharpened cutting edge. Sleeve is made of flexible material and has holes for securing the handles-threads. The latter are drawn into main tube by clamp. Tubes are metal. Guide part of knife is installed inside main tube for rotary-forward motion. Cutting part of cylinder has outer diameter equaling sleeve inner diameter. EFFECT: provided anastomosis of intestine lengths of various diameters with no need of individual selection of cylinder size to diameter of anastomosed intestine, ensured removal from intestine of foreign body. 2 cl, 3 dwg
