FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out mandibular osteotomy. Its fragments should be replaced into desired position and fixed with implant made of porous ceramics. In the course of repeated operation implant should be cut up. Diastasis should be developed between implant's fragments to fill it with new block of porous ceramics of certain size. In peculiar case, osteotomized mandibular fragments together with ceramic implant should be additionally fixed with titanic netting. In peculiar case, implant should be prefixed at monolithic ceramic plate possessing the function of osseous fastener. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 cl
