FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: mandibular distraction osteogenesis in bone deficiency in the patients suffered cancer operations is performed by mounting a distraction apparatus on a mandible with bone deficiency, performing osteotomy and compression of green osteal wound surfaces, staged osteotylus distraction until a regenerate of desired size is formed, and fixing until the regenerate is cured. The distraction apparatus is fixed on the recovered autograft on a microvascular anastomosis; lines of the fragment osteotomy are marked towards a bone growth vector; that is followed by vertical osteotomy of the marked fragment at an angle of 35-45 degrees with respect to the mandible bone; horizontal osteotomy is performed at an angle of 25-30 degrees to the glossal and palatal sides; crossing points of the osteotomy lines are rounded off.

EFFECT: by using the autograft, mixing the distracted fragment smoothly and preserving the extended tissue trophism, the method enables reducing an injury rate and providing the more effective recovery of the lost anatomic shape of the mandible.
