FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: osteotomia of ramus of mandible under bone enlargement is performed. Bone enlargement is removed and resection of coronoid process is performed. Osteotomated surface of mandible ramus is covered with autogeneous dermis-fat transplant. Ramus osteotomia is performed at the level of mandibular hole, preserving fixation of medial pterygoind muscle to joint fragment. Compression and distraction osteosynthesis of ramus of mandible is performed.
EFFECT: method ensures good blood supply to regenerate in the process of distraction and allows for obtaining regenerate of required volume.
