FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implant used for osteosynthesis is represented by titanium plates with a multifunctional bioactive nanostructured coating comprising composites SHS - target TiC0.5 +10% Ca10 (PO4)6(OH)2, caused by technology ion-plasmatic deposition on metal substrates with simultaneous ionic implantation. First, modelling of the implant is carried out in accordance with the necessary contour of the bone fragments and then it is fixed to the bone with titanium screws. Further area of osteosynthesis is covered with surrounding soft tissue fixation, after that in the area of osteosynthesis injection of 2-20 ml of red bone marrow is administered. On the 7th and 10th postoperative days under ultrasound navigation a step by step transcutaneous puncture administration of autologous red bone marrow in the course of a fixed titanium implant in the area of fixation is performed. In the event that at the time of re-introduction to the area of surgical intervention a severe local inflammatory tissue reaction remains, the volume of injected red bone marrow is doubled compared to the amount introduced intraoperatively, and if the local inflammatory response is weak, red bone marrow is injected to the same extent as intraoperatively.
EFFECT: reduction of postoperative complications, the acceleration of bone regeneration in the area of osteosynthesis for extensive surgery in patients with a decrease in the regenerative properties of bone tissue.
