FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has cotyloid cavity, head, neck and pedicle. Proximal part of the neck and cotyloid cavity is manufactured as a part of sphere. Spherical head is placed between them allowing its rotation relative to al axes. Grooves are produced on recess contact surfaces. The grooves are located on parallels of the prosthesis head and on meridians on the cotyloid surface concave surfaces convergent in cisterns to their poles. End faces of the cotyloid cavity proximal neck part are connected with an envelope manufactured from flexible corrugated tube making a cavity filled with biologically inert fluid which viscosity corresponds to synovial fluid viscosity.
