FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has recess, head separated with washer, neck, limb and trochanteric part. The washer is double- layered. The first layer fixed on the recess bottom is manufactured from elastic flexible material of micro-porous structure. The second layer is fixed on the first one. It is manufactured as polygonal plates from tribologically stable material. The plates are separated with capillary fissures. Plate surfaces adjacent to the first washer layer are congruent to its surface and ones adjacent to the head are congruent to the head surface. Flexible corrugated envelope is placed and fixed between internal boundary of recess edge. The envelope forms sealed cavity filled with lubricating liquid and communicating via micropores of the first layer of washer with capillary fissures separating the plates.
