FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has cotyloid cavity, head manufactured as a whole with neck and having through canals, trochanteric part and pedicle. Cylindrical head has cylindrical cavity where cylindrical protrusion of trochanteric part is movable together with sealing member. A system of cavities available in neck and head canals joining the neck cavity and articulation fissure, the cavity formed by corrugated envelope tightly sealed on cotyloid cavity end and trochanteric part. Radial neck canals are filled with lubricant liquid supplied to the articulation fissure when the trochanteric part moves in depth of neck cavity.

EFFECT: prolonged service life; uniform lubrication condition; low friction intensity.
